|We are a real estate brokerage company created to serve licensees like you. We serve as principal broker for licensed but “inactive” real estate salespersons and associate brokers. All members of our program have a real estate license, but are electing at this time to work on a referral basis only rather than pursue real estate on a full or part-time basis.
We first want to provide a viable alternative for those licensed real estate agents not wanting to pursue real estate full-time; a way to keep their real estate license active; and the opportunity to legally earn commissions. Secondly, we want to provide high quality service to buying and selling clients referred by our members.
As a licensed real estate brokerage company, we are qualified and charged with the responsibility of serving as principal broker for thousands of licensees.
We are not, however, a conventional real estate brokerage firm–no one within our organization ever directly represents a buyer or seller. All buyers and sellers are placed with full-time real estate sales associates, qualified to handle the leads and committed to meet the specific needs and desires of the customer.
Since we are an independent organization–we are not owned nor controlled by any real estate company or franchise–we allow and encourage our members to select the firm and agent they want to handle their referrals.
If our member does not have a choice, then we will use our vast resources to place the lead with a firm that has a proven track record and that can best meet the needs of the customer. Independence and the ability to work with the best full service real estate firms has helped us provide a true superior level of service to buyers and sellers, and to best meet the needs of our licensed members.
There are several reasons why our members are not allowed to directly represent buyers or sellers. In our opinion, to professionally handle the many details associated with a real estate transaction requires a full-time commitment. Real estate is not a part-time profession.
Further, since we are not a member of the National Association of Realtors® (nor of any local boards), we do not provide the services needed to successfully service customers and clients directly. We do, however, have the personnel, skills, tools, computer tracking system, and experience to successfully service customers and clients on a referral basis.
We offer a very economical and viable alternative to real estate licensees not wanting to pursue real estate as a full-time career. And because of the large amount of business we place through full-service, professional real estate firms, we can receive a superior level of service for clients placed with them. We do not represent just one transaction to the real estate office, but potentially hundreds of closed transactions.
Beginning in 1987, we have grown to be one of the largest real estate organizations in the country. With almost 3,000 licensed members, we manage thousands of referral leads each year all across North America (and in some foreign countries). Our membership services currently extend to a nine State area. While our program is uniform among these various States, in order to comply with each State’s specific real estate licensing laws, certain variations may apply.
