referral is anyone looking to buy or sell anywhere nationwide.  To qualify as a referral, the customer must have had no previous contact with any real estate agent or brokerage firm. 

By registering your referral online with our Referral Center first, you help ensure that your customer meets the criteria for a valid referral.  Most brokerage companies are happy to accept referrals and pay a referral fee, provided they have not already interacted with the customer.  Referral Center operates on a 30% referral fee, and it’s important to note that referring agents may not negotiate fees on behalf of the company.  Therefore, please register your referral with us before any communication takes place between the customer and an agent.

The more information we receive about a referral, the better.  However, as a minimum, we need the following: 

  • Customer’s Name (with correct spelling, please) 
  • Customer’s Address 
  • Customer’s Phone Number 
  • Agent or Broker preference & contact information 
  • Type of referral:  list, buy or both 
  • Permission for an agent to contact them 
  • Any other helpful information* 

*Any additional information you can provide on a buyer referral (i.e., type of home they want to buy, price range, area, etc.) is helpful, since it will allow the broker to develop a better rapport with them. 

Please make sure that your referral customer is expecting a call from an agent.  We don’t want just names but rather qualified referrals . . . someone interested in speaking with an agent.  We cannot place a referral if the customer is not interested in information from a broker. 

You may also register your own personal real estate transactions through the Referral Center.  It is always best to register the referral with us before reaching out to a brokerage or agent as you are contracted with us on a 30% referral fee. 

Referral opportunities are not limited to primary residences. They can include vacation homes, retirement properties, commercial spaces, or investment properties.
