It is easy to sponsor a licensee into our program. Simply have the licensee complete the following:

Once we have received their application and non-refundable annual membership free, we will e-mail the licensee regarding the necessary requirements to transfer their license to us, including any state fees.
Placing high quality referral leads with your firm is very important to us. Our Referral Center has placed over 47,000 referral leads and generated more than $1.9 BILLION in closed referral leads with full-service firms like yours! Our conversion rate in 2023 was 45.7%.
Brokers, Let’s Work Together!
Our total purpose is to serve as Broker for licensees who want to keep their license current and work on a referral basis only. No one with our company ever actively lists or sells real estate, so we are NOT in competition with your firm. Our referral agents do NOT pay state or local board dues, or MLS fees. With thousands of licensees in 7 states, we place thousands of referral leads each year with firms like yours.
There is no cost to you to place a referral agent into our program. If you know of anyone with a real estate license who is not interested in active sales, send them to us. Referral leads that they have in your market area will be placed back to your office (unless the customer or licensee instructs us otherwise). In addition, you will qualify to service leads from our thousands of other licensees. Your only responsibility is to pay a 30% referral fee on closed business with your office.

Our program can be a tremendous benefit to full-service brokers for several reasons:
Outplacement Service
Our referral service can help any non-producing or marginally producing agents that have not been successful in a part time or full time capacity. When they leave your office, send them to us and we can keep track of the licensees in your area.
Receive Leads In Your Market Area
Leads placed by “sponsored” licensees in your market area will be placed back through your office as buyers and sellers (unless otherwise instructed by the customer or licensee.)
No Cost To You
Other than a 30% referral fee on a closed sale, there are no costs to you.
Receive Leads From Our Thousands of Other Referral Agents
By “sponsoring” referral agents, you will not only service leads from those licensees, but also receive leads from our thousands of other referral agents who may have leads in your market area.
Referral Tracking
Referral Center uses the program “eRelocation” which allows us to track referrals, from placement to closing.
Referral Farm
Build a “referral farm” of licensed (but inactive) referral agents to place leads back into your office. Referral Center serves as the Broker where we coordinate referrals, pay fees, provide 1099’s, among other duties.

Referrals: What We Expect
We work on a 30% referral fee on the side referred. We will E-mail a referral acceptance for the Broker or Relocation Contact to click to accept. Once you click to accept the referral, you will be able to see all the customer’s contact information. Then, we ask for an update every 30 days. Anything you report to us, we forward on to our referring agent. Since our referring agent keeps in contact with their customer, this will help increase the possibility of a closing.
When one of our referral leads close, we request that you send a copy of the closing statement along with the check to our Referral Center:
