How To Get Started:

Step 1:  CLICK HERE for the online application to provide us with your information
Step 2:  You will receive a separate, secure email link to pay the $125 (non-refundable) annual membership fee within 1-2 business days once you have submitted the application.

Once these initial two steps are completed, we will email you the remaining instructions to complete the membership and transfer of your license.

Referral Fee Example

Please note, we work on a 30% referral fee.  Our licensees cannot negotiate fees on behalf of our company.  Upon closing, once we receive the 30% referral fee (usually within 10-15 days), we do a 60/40 split, with YOU receiving 60%!

Example for reference:

$300,000 Sale Price
3% commission on side referred = $9,000
30% Referral Fee = $2,700
60% Split = $1,620 to YOU!
